Can't reach customer service

I ordered about 2 months ago for gifts. Received everything except one shirt that never shipped. Last I looked it was processing. I erased the email on accident and now I can't even check. Couldn't cancel it either. It's ridiculous to take two months and not give a heads up or chance to cancel. Everything else that came was very small and didn't fit. Will never order from here again maybe never buy anything from this brand again.

Return Issues

In February I ordered a sports bra online. The sizing was not accurate according to their site. I mailed it back and have a tracking number. The paperwork said it could take up to six weeks to receive my refund. I mailed it on February 15 and it was received on February 23rd. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company to see where my refund is but all the phone numbers have messages saying the phones are down but to call during regular business hours. I've tried calling at different times during the day but receive the same message. I'm at a loss as to what I should do, but I can tell you I will NEVER purchase their products again!

What happened to this great company?

I just don't know if I'm going to continue buying clothing Champion clothing. When I was a kid I use to sport their clothing but now as an adult I'm unsure whether I want to continue. When I went online to the Champion website to buy clothes I was sadly disappointed to see that they had nothing to offer. The Champion store in New York City has a far better selection of clothing than the website itself. All the department stores that carry Champion clothing have a better choice of clothing than their online store. I personally would fire the current president of the company because this person does not know what's going on. The online store should display all the best clothing that Champion has to offer its customer's. Display all of their shorts, t-shirts, shirts, sweaters, pants, and hoodies in a variety of colors (orange, blue, light blue, black, yellow, red, green, grey, silver, and navy blue). Champion sends me a digital coupon for 20% off + free shipping for their online website but there is not enough product on the site to purchase anything. Please fire the content creator of your online website immediately. Now that the Pandemic is over things have finally got back to normal. So, When companies say that there is a delay they are lying.

Deceptive Practices

I ordered four pairs of Champion sweatpants in a style that I have been wearing for nearly 15 years. When I received them, I found that the fabric was different and that the size that I am wearing now were skin tight so I applied to return them. When I purchased them online, the website that there was no charge for returns so I sent them back when I received the return authorization. A few days later, I received an email request to write a review so I wrote one stating that the fabric and the sizing had changed. Two days later, I received an email that they could not publish my review because it did not meet standards... in other words, it was not a glowing review.
The tracking number for the return indicated that Champion had received my return on February 24,2022. By March 16 I had still not received my refund so I called them. I was told that they were behind in issuing refunds (they sure weren't behind in taking my money out of my account) but since I called in, they would refund it right away. But, the amount they told me they would refund was not what I paid. When I asked why, they said I had to pay shipping charges. I stated that their website said there would be no charge for returns and they said that was correct, they would not charge me a fee to return the product but they do not pay for shipping.
So, the product changed, they didn't want to publish my review stating that it had changed, they neglected to refund my purchase in a timely manner and they lied about free returns. Guess I won't be using their online website anymore.

Fabric is trash

Bought a pair of sweatpants for $60 wore them once and the inside thigh area is already worn out like whatt $60 for this? Disgusting

Do not order from them its a nightmare

This company has horrible customer service. When you place a order itlle take over a month to receive but it'll take the m two seconds to take your money, When trying to cancel your order they will not. Do not order from them. Overpriced as well..

Cheap company

Bought 2 gifts from Champion.com on 12/07/2021. Tracking came out on 12/08. By 12/20, tracking still shows in North Carolina. DHL never transferred order to USPS. Package lost. Champions uses the worst shipping company (DHL) to pick-up & transfer to USPS, because it is cheaper than the big 3 shipping companies. Poor business decision, as they lose customers like myself

BEWARE!

I have placed my order last November 29. And I immediately received an email that its already been processed and they will let me know once it will be shipped. It is now December 13 and I've never heard of them. I just don't know how I trusted their website when I normally do not trust anything online. Their site just pop out in my IG, tried to browse and its like i've got hypnotized. Spent $150 on 4 items. (3 shortsleeve and 1 hoody). The hoody is supposed to be a christmas gift for my husband. I could have bought it courir or go sports. Maybe its their super low prices compared to a shop. But all in all their website is a SCAM. You have to be aware of it! No way to communicate with them as they don't have customer relation contact numbers or email or whatsoever to help you with your purchases inquiry or follow up. I tried sending them messages in IG account with 5m++ followers but no response at all!

Beware

If youre going to purchase their stuff i would suggest buying in-store or more reputable place like amazon or walmart. Their processing time is long and with covid is has double or tripled. I ignored many reddit users thinking it was just old news but its still current. Also with a short return window and their return process taking two to four weeks after receiving it can take a while to even get your money back from them

Wrong sizes!

I had a coupon for a great deal. I decided to order 2 sweatshirts. One for myself and one for my (16 yr old) daughter. Only to receive "child size" hoodies.:-( complete fail!
